The Hilton Boston Park Plaza is searching for a Rooms Control to join their Front Office and Guest Services team! This property is conveniently located downtown steps away from the Public Garden, Theater District, and many of the city's most popular historic sites. Boasting 1,060 rooms, 4 outlets, and 70,000+ square feet of meeting space, this beautifully vibrant downtown property offers a great next step for a talented/experienced hospitality professional looking for a new and exciting career move.

Shift Pattern: Must have full availability

Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

A Rooms Controller organizes and oversees all tour group arrivals/pre-assigned groups to ensure total group satisfaction.

• Ensures that all guests are confirmed, and specific accommodations are pre-assigned
• Ensures all requests for special accommodations are met daily.
• Answers and dispatches telephone calls.
• Assists Front Desk with daily operations.
• Maintains call logs and ensures guest satisfaction through follow upcalls.
• Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in our hotel, and provides prompt and courteous service to meet
  Company's high standards.
