A Problem Management Intern at Medline will work focuses on identification and resolution of technology problems within IT systems. The Problem Analyst Associate will be responsible for the management of Problem investigations from start to finish by facilitating root cause investigations, postmortem, and managing the implementation of corrective and preventative measures.

Job Description

Examples of possible projects include:


  • Implementation of new features in our ITSM (IT Service Management) Problem Module

  • Create consolidated dashboards of open problem tickets in order to facilitate efficient problem management meetings and updates

  • Analyze and suggest automation operations to allow more efficient handling of problem creation, problem updates, or problem resolutions.

Qualifications:


  • Junior standing with a minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

  • Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration

  • Strong leadership abilities and demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent organization, communication, data analysis and follow up skills

  • Knowledge of SQL a plus

  • Unrestricted permanent US work authorization
