This Position:

CHELCO, a member-owned electric cooperative, is looking for a friendly, professional, & detail-oriented individual to supervise our area office Member Services Representatives, our Credit Representatives, and our Lead Pre-Pay Member Services Representative. As the Member Services/Credit Department Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional financial services to our members. Your primary focus will be overseeing daily operations within the credit department and our area offices while ensuring smooth processes and maintaining high standards of service. You will guide your team to success, driving efficiency and consistency while cultivating a positive and supportive environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position and is eager to make a significant impact on both team performance and member satisfaction.

 

Member Services/Credit Department Supervisor Minimum Requirements: 

·         Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least seven years related experience; or Associate’s Degree and five years related experience; or a Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years related experience.

 

  • Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The primary work location is our CHELCO Headquarters building, and remote work is not an option for this position. Travel within CHELCO’s service territory required.  Infrequent work outside of normal business hours may be required for training, meetings, storm response, etc. The position is non-exempt and reports to the Manager of Member Services.
