To best facilitate continued growth, TaborStreet℠ Talent Acquisition Department is adding a strategic Corporate Recruiter to drive recruitment strategies for a privately held multi-brand enterprise. TaborStreet℠ specializes in providing managed services support to all of its unique brands.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

• Manage afull life-cycle recruitmentprocess by utilizing innovative and proactive recruitment solutions; from job concept design to new employee on-boarding (we won't define innovation for you, we will just reserve a place for you to come be great).


• Work intimately with business unit leaders to determinetalent acquisitionstrategiesthat best facilitate business growth (you are an integral part of the hiring process; not just an order taker).


• Develop working relationshipswith the community, employees, managers, leaders, and customers that we provide talent solutions for. You will influence and leverage your networks to achieve greatness.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 6 years in a Talent Acquisition role supporting a variety of role types


• Strong business acumen


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with autonomy


• Proven ability to source talent


• Tenacity to drive results
