Job Description:

LocaliQ is seeking a Director of Product Marketing, GTM Strategy to lead our efforts in launching new AI-driven software solutions for small businesses. The ideal candidate will have a track record implementing go-to-market strategies for software/SaaS products, with experience in small business solutions, CRMs, or digital advertising. This is a hands-on role that requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute go-to-market strategies, drive product adoption, and communicate our product value effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. Experience launching a first-time product to market is essential.

Base Salary: $175,000 - $200,000/annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing software products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate between product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
  • Packaging and Pricing: Ensure that product development, packaging, pricing, and distribution are executed smoothly.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Work cross-functionally to create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences, particularly small businesses.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to create effective sales tools, including presentations, product collateral, competitive analysis, and training materials.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to influence product enhancements and marketing strategies, ensuring that customer needs are at the forefront of decision-making.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, microsites, and social media, to drive product awareness and lead generation.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.


Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in product marketing within the software industry, with a focus on B2B or small business solutions. Experience with CRMs, digital advertising, and launching a first-time product to market is highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong operational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with market research and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $119,700 and $247,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
