Location: 415 West Roy Parker Road, Ozark, AL 36360

We are adding a brand-new strategic Sr. HR Business Partner to support our growing business. You will serve as the Sr. HR Business Partner in support of the senior leadership team for one of our business units, aligning people strategies in support of business unit goals and be a part of our Ozark, AL plant leadership team to drive HR initiatives that support company's goals for this location.

Schedule: hybrid with onsite work in Ozark, AL 2 days each week

HR Business Partner Salary Range: $96,000 - $125,000, depending on experience

Travel: up to 40% to other U.S. Ecore locations

Core Contributions:


  • Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational success.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by developing and executing change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and align with company values. Stay current on labor laws and regulations.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits across the business unit, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Leadership Development: Develop and deliver leadership training programs to enhance the capabilities of managers and leaders within the organization.
  • HR Projects: Lead and manage HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys, HR technology implementations, and organizational development initiatives.

  • Employee Engagement: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.


Essential Experiences:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technology tools
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is preferred
  • Must be able to respond to emergencies during non-working hours
