YOUR ROLE


Responsible for the improvement of CEVA Network operations through the identification of improvement opportunities, enhancement of standards and enforcement of compliance. Also responsible for the governance of the tools and approaches, which support continuous improvement at CL operations by integrating 5 core areas: CL performance management, customer onboarding, quality, site classification assessment and LEAN. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Definition, rollout, maintenance and governance of CL standardized processes within LEAN Methodology.
  • Support Global Quality strategy by Optimizing the utilization of Quality related metrics and processes.
  • Enhance SCA by making the requirements relevant to the operations. Govern SCA related documentation and standards. Support definition and enforcement of SCA approach.
  • Govern LEAN standards and existing approaches. Engage with the regions to discuss opportunities to utilize LEAN and help drive improvements at site level to improve specific KPI's (operational and financial).
  • Enhance the alignment of Standardization, LEAN, SCA and Quality to optimize resources and maximize results.
  • Improve Global Efficiency, by identifying improvement opportunities, reviewing standards and enforcing compliance. Participate or lead specific improvement projects (site or global).
  • Work closely with Performance Management and Finance to identify CL and engage with the regions to define actions and perform appropriate follow-up. Collaborate with the regions to assess possible contracts at risk (retention) and follow-up on region's action plans. Participate in or lead specific improvement projects (site or global).
  • Update / create, govern and ensure operational policies and rules are relevant and effective for the operations.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Management/Administration or Econ.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in operational or general management.


Skills:



  • Good understanding of CL and/or FM operations. Knowledge of FM/CL station process and related tools.
  • Knowledge of ISO and Quality Management systems. Good understanding of LEAN methodology and tools.
  • Good financial understanding and change management knowledge and experience.
  • Solid capabilities in project management, with proven practical application.
  • Ability to influence and partner with others at a high level.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication skills, active listener, hands-on mentality, team spirit, results oriented, highly motivated, logical and structured thinker.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Preferred proven experience working at CL and FM operations or Ops Excellence.
