Your Role:



EMD Electronics in San Jose, CA is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator. In this role you will move and control various non-hazardous and hazardous materials within the warehouse and other stocking locations.


Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations, loading and unloading materials, packaging, shipping and receiving, cycle counts and record keeping within our ERP system


• Following inventory control procedures to minimize materials cost variances


• Maintaining warehouse and office supplies, chemical inventory, PPE as well as company drinks


• Operating a pallet jack and maintaining a forklift certification


• Coordinates ordering merchandise and assists in the overall management of the warehouse operations including developing policy, procedures, and plans

Physical attributes:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on occasion


• Bending, lifting, climbing ladders or stepstools

Who You Are:




Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED


• 1+ years of warehouse experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Warehouse and inventory control experience (3-5 years)


• ERP knowledge - Microsoft Dynamics


• Forklift certified


• DOT/IATA certified


• Self-starter with strong collaboration skills

Pay Range for this position - $36,500 - $85,300
