Project Summary:


The chosen candidate will play a vital role in refining and enhancing our market research efforts through the analysis and standardization of our survey processes. The intern will be responsible for compiling and evaluating the types of surveys we conduct, establishing standard questions, and ensuring consistency across our data collection methods. This role will offer valuable experience in applying data analysis to improve market research strategies and contribute to the development of actionable insights that will inform our marketing decisions.


Duties and Responsibilities:


* Conduct a comprehensive review of current survey methods and tools used across the department.
* Compile and categorize the different types of surveys currently being conducted, identifying key objectives and outcomes.
* Develop a set of standard questions and guidelines to be used across various surveys to ensure consistency in data collection.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to design and refine survey instruments, focusing on improving response rates and data quality.
* Analyze survey data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in our market research approach.
* Present findings and recommendations to the Digital Marketing team and other stakeholders to guide strategic marketing decisions.
* Assist in creating templates and documentation to streamline future survey development and implementation processes.
* Support the development of dashboards and reports to monitor the effectiveness of our survey processes and market research initiatives.


Qualification:


* Pursuing bachelor's degree in statistics, business or marketing preferred.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in survey design and data analysis.
* Proficiency in survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, SQL).
* Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
