Credit Analyst



Nucor Buildings Group is looking for aCredit Analyst to join our team.

Basic Job Functions:

• 
  Credit Evaluation: Assess credit applications and ongoing creditworthiness to ensure financial stability and risk management.


• 
  Lien Protection: Safeguard lien rights through careful evaluation and processing of lien waiver requests.


• 
  Collection Efforts: Manage and execute all collection activities to maintain cash flow and recover outstanding payments.


• 
  Payment Processing: Handle lockbox payments efficiently to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.


• 
  Customer Interaction: Engage with our builders, as well as internal and external sales team, production, and other departments, to provide exceptional service.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.




Minimum Qualifications:

• One year of experience in banking, finance or accounting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associateor bachelor's degree in accounting or finance


• Experience working with Microsoft D365


• 2 years' experience in construction related credit administration.
