Typical Daily Duties:* Work one-on-one with adults with brain injury diagnosis. * Provide supports within homelike community setting, helping adults of all abilities to strive. * Work closely with families, involving them in the therapeutic process. * Work collaboratively with Program Managers, Nursing Team and Behavioral team members to ensure treatment plans are meeting participants needs * Deliver therapeutic supervision to participants and families during treatment and education activities * Document behavioral progress notes and collaborate with team members * This role is highly flexible and can be a primary or secondary job - it can work around your availability. We have a variety of schedules available, including daytime, evening or weekends. * Assist in the participant behavior management by using non-aggressive, de-escalation technique provided as part of our hands on training! * If you are looking to have an impact with TBI adults and families, come join our team! Job Requirements: * Behavioral caregiver experience (preferred) but not required * High school diploma * Valid/clean driver's license * Ability to pass a background check * A good attitude with the ability to work both within a team and independently * A caring & compassionate mind Schedule: * 8 hour shift - we are FLEXIBLE!
