Your Role: Project Manager/Scheduler 

The Project Manager/Scheduler will work under the general supervision and guidance of project leaders and senior-level staff to support planning, coordinating, implementation, and assessment of project activities according to project objectives and deadlines. Responsible for tracking and reporting project milestones/deliverables and adherence to budget. This position serves to support the integration of cross-project elements including but not limited to Executive Leadership, Finance, Procurement, Project Management, TSMS, R&D, Warehousing, and Site Manufacturing.

Your Responsibilities:  


  • Work with cost controller to maintain the project's budget and schedule reporting through completion.

  • Analyze progress reported against the work schedules and prepare schedule progress reports, trending charts, financial reports, and schedule analysis.

  • Recommend actions to improve progress and advise the project manager and team of possible cost and schedule issues and recovery plans.

  • Coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors to determine the level of completion of construction activities and help reconcile receipt of equipment and materials.

  • Work within the site’s Quality system to track and facilitate timely completion of all operational readiness documentation and deliverables.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): 


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, engineering, business management, construction management or equivalent relevant education.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management, accounting, business controls, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Experience in using Veeva and analysis of financial data in SAP, Ariba Procurement

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications): 


  • Proficiency and experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Veeva and SAP.

  • Experience in data analysis, reporting metrics, and project organization.

  • Initiates projects, works unsupervised, completes tasks independently, solves problems, and finds solutions to drive results.

Additional Information:  


  • Travel: (0-5%) 

  • Location: Elwood KS, on-site 100%

  • This is an FDE (Fixed Duration Employee) position that is set for 2 years and can be renewed up to 4 years.
