Your Role: Financial Analyst

As a Finance Analyst, you will be part of the Finance team in one of the following areas: Corporate Audit Services, Corporate Tax, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, Manufacturing, R&D, Treasury, Audit, or US Commercial Finance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work cross functionally in a dynamic environment to drive decision making across the organization


• Lead financial support and advice to business partners through business cases, forecasting activities, and reporting


• Manage core financial activities of the organization through Treasury needs, Audit review, Tax support, or planning analysis Drive Elanco’s commitment to maintain financial controls

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

• Leadership experience with the ability to influence


• Analytical thought and aptitude


• Strong problem-solving skills


• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal capability
