Your Role: Maintenance Mechanic

This position will provide maintenance mechanic support on all manufacturing and mechanical equipment within Operations and Utilities.

This position will offer a one-time sign-on bonus of $2,500!

Your Responsibilities:  

• Follows all site and departmental safety policies and procedures.  Suggests and implements safety improvements while incorporating safety into daily activities.


• Maintain 100% current on Learning Plan. 


• Follows all SOPs and ensures processes, procedures and documentation are executed as expected per GMP requirements.


• Follows through and corrects discrepancies found in documentation, drawings, BOMs, etc.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): 

• Education: High School Diploma/GED

• Experience: 1-2 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment and industrial mechanic/equipment experience

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated strong organizational, skills (with attention to detail), and demonstrated ability to work independently




• Strong mechanical equipment troubleshooting skills

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications): 

• Good understanding of Quality and GMP requirements


• Associate degree in industrial maintenance


• Experience in other crafts (Machinist, Pipe Fitter, Electrician, Instrument Tech)


• 2+ years experience preferred

•  Location: Clinton, Indiana




• Completion of Post Offer Exam, Completion of Work Simulation or Completion of Administrative Skills Testing if applicable

• Work schedule is 12-hr rotating shift between days/nights.




• Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
