ECS is seeking a TS-cleared Systems Requirements Analyst to support one of our mission critical programs for the Department of Justice. We are seeking candidates committed to high quality to provide accurate and detailed systems/applications requirements management expertise. As the Systems Requirements Analyst, you will collaborate with all stakeholders to define, identify, gather, analyze, and manage systems/applications' requirements.
Responsibilities:
Write and/or edit technical documents to include functional descriptions, system specifications, guidelines, and requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to research, define, identify, gather, analyze, and manage systems/applications requirements and specifications
Analyze systems/applications requirements by identifying dependencies and constraints, resolving conflicting items, and prioritizing mission needs
Research and gather technical and background information of applications and systems for inclusion in project documentations and deliverables
Validate requirements by reviewing, verifying, and coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure concurrence and conformance
Document, baseline, track, monitor, and update documentations and requirements throughout an application's/system's lifecycle
Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance and conformance with system specifications and requirements
Perform requirements analysis in support of Agile methodologies
Continually refine and optimize the requirements management process
Salary Range: $135,000 - $155,000

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree
Active Top Secret with SCI - CI Poly Eligibility
Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience
Minimum of five (5) years' experience supporting application development efforts
Demonstrated experience defining, identifying, analyzing, and managing requirements/specifications for complex applications
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Application Lifecycle Management concepts
Experience analyzing and managing requirements in an Agile development environment
Understanding of cloud technologies
Great communication skills
Desired Skills:
Cloud Certification (AWS preferred)
