Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design and ability to develop engaging and effective multimedia learning solutions.
- Review existing resources and make determinations on training material content to meet the current needs of the business.
- Apply expertise to write effective copy that is production-ready and free of errors in fact, style or presentation while meeting brand, legal, and compliance standards.
- Responsible for development and editing of engaging eLearns, infographics, motion graphic videos, instructor-led classes in alignment with Discover style and branding guidelines.
- Ability to communicate with multimedia developers to translate design requirements into functional learning modules.
- Manages multiple instructional design projects simultaneously.
Must Have
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
