Description:
Our client is seeking a Technical Analyst to document technical specifications, business rules, and data mapping to support the conversion of data from legacy systems to Facets. Planned conversions include veteran enrollment, provider, referral, claims history, and credit balance. Responsibilities include:
- Documenting technical specifications, business rules, and data mapping for new and existing integrations with Facets.
- Documenting technical specifications, business rules, and data mapping for new and existing reports and fulfillment items.
Deliverables:
- Technical Specifications and Mapping Documents
- New Technology Component Inventory
Needed Skills:
- SQL experience in writing queries to analyze data and define requirements.
- Experience eliciting detailed requirements from subject matter experts and translating them into written specifications.
- Experience with system implementations.
- Understanding of common conversions, integrations, reporting, and/or fulfillment for payer core administration system implementations.
- Experience with technical writing, including detailed technical specifications and data mapping documents (source to target).
- Understanding of the healthcare domain (enrollment, provider, claims).
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of the Facets data model.
- Experience working in the Facets system.
