Location: Distribution Parkway, Collierville TN 38017

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

General Summary

Responsible for troubleshooting and the repair of various electronic devices' hardware, software and peripheral components. Loads and verifies correct operation of software packages including operating systems. Provides depot technical support to internal and third-party organizations. Partners with Quality and test areas, to ensure compliance.

Education/Experience

Minimum Education

• Associates degree or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

• Two (2) years of experience in technical support or a technical repair environment.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a general warehouse environment on a concrete surface with adequate lighting. Temperatures can be very hot during the summer months and very cold during the winter months. Workspace can be very dusty and occasionally noisy due to traffic of motorized vehicles operating.
