Your Role:



The Receiving Coordinator at MilliporeSigma will complete the following tasks on a daily basis:

• Process inbound and outbound materials


• Receive inbound material into stock and identify where the material is to be staged on the site


• Prepare shipping documents to be sent to customers


• Contact carriers to set pick-up times


• Coordinate with drivers to identify which materials are assigned to each driver


• Shift/hours - 1st shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, M-F

Who You Are:




Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED


• 1+ year of fulfillment, customer service, or warehousing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills with all levels of staff


• Ability to work quickly and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment


• Operate PCs, scanners, printers, and shipping equipment


• Ability to read, hear, speak and understand English language


• Ability to work in a group setting


• Ability to operate PCs, scanners, printers, shipping equipment (meters, tape machines, etc) and various cutting instruments


• Detail oriented
