Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Pay: 88,000- 142,600
What will you do
This Associate Brand Manager will manage the day-to-day brand strategy and portfolio management to help drive growth for the US, with a primary focus an OTC Brand/products. Specifically, the Associate Brand Manager, will:
• Monitor competitive market dynamics to inform development of, &/or changes required to, marketing plans. Partner with Market Insights & Research, category/sales analytics partners to develop learning plans and assessment of marketing plans (define KPI's, assess against goals, implement optimizations)
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current environment and industry trends, oversee category and competitive analysis, stay abreast of latest competitive activities and sales
• Support the brand strategy, planning, and execution of brand/product plans with a digital first approach to help driving short and long-term sustainable growth, while building strong brand equities.
• Understands and advocates for consumer needs and preferences. Proactively looks for opportunities to expand brand passion and improve consumers experiences with the Brand to deliver brand growth goals.
• Create holistic digital first plans for brand communications to develop and distribute content successfully during moments that matter across multiple channels, including linking to omni-channel shopper & retail activation.
• Partner with growth and performance team to optimize media performance & ROI and manage owned and earned channels to engage with consumers where and when they want to connect with our brands.
• Partner with Customer Strategy teams to develop omi-channel retail strategy and plans tied to brand strategy and business objectives.
• Manage brand budget and analytics to help deliver brand P&L goals.
• Have close partnership with innovation teams to influence innovation pipeline with consumer insights and marketplace knowledge.
• Maintain quality and compliance through timely training, strict compliance with procedures, exercising the highest integrity, embracing employee involvement and commitment to doing the right job the first time
