What You'll Do:

• Revise, document, and approve changes to existing drawings per departmental forms.


• Provide new design and documentation support, including safety, for production plants.


• Assimilate data from various sources to maintain good engineering standards.


• Follow through on in-house upgrades, installations, and startups.


• Implementation with reports, training, and manuals.


• Assist in interfacing vendor equipment and trouble shooting existing equipment on production lines.


• Coordinate projects within department.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.


• 2D and 3D CAD experience, Autodesk products preferred.


• Proficiency using Microsoft office products.


• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.


• Effectively interface with all disciplines, vendors, and plant management and staff.

• Strong problem-solving skills.


• Travel up to 25% during the first six months; once established, travel will decrease to up to 15%.
