Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team in East Windsor, NJ. This client is a multi-million-dollar manufacturing company that is currently growing. This role will be hybrid, Monday through Thursday in the office and Friday remote.

Responsibilities include:

• Senior FP&A Analyst will perform financial analyses


• Prepare MD&A reports


• Develop and maintain financial models


• Monitor KPIs and business drivers to identify opportunities


• As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will create and maintain reporting templates and dashboards


• Assist in the budgeting process and develop budgeting models


• Review budgets, identify areas of concern and make recommendations


• Prepare financial reports

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field preferred


• 2-4 years of audit, financial due diligence or transaction services experience


• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, databasing, etc.


• Strong analytical skills


• Strong attention to detail


• Excellent communication and presentation skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
