Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Administrator Developer in Quincy, MA.
Duties Include:
Salesforce Administrator Developer will lead and collaborate with a solution integrator to design, develop, and implement a Salesforce solution, using Salesforce components, including Public Sector Solutions, ensuring they align with client requirements and Salesforce best practices
Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL
Design and implement data models, workflows, process builders, and Lightning flows to optimize business processes
Develop and assist with data migration strategies and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and quality
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
Conduct vendor code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers to maintain high-quality code
As a Salesforce Administrator Developer, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity problems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery
Participate in client meetings, provide technical expertise, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Contribute to the development of reusable components, frameworks, and best practices to enhance productivity and quality
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least two years in a lead or senior role
Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs and SQL, Oracle
Experience with Salesforce platforms like Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud
Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
Working knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
Experience with Agile methodologies, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
Knowledge of the Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API
Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, and OAuth)
Familiarity with web development, including industry accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.0/2.1 and ARIA
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor team members
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
