Service Technician at Kforce Inc in Dublin, Ohio

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Service Technician in Dublin, OH.

Duties:

• Service Technician will assist with the daily operation of user interfacing technology devices (desktop, laptop, printers, Apple)


• Will install, configure, maintain, trouble shoot user interfacing technology products and work with outside vendors where applicable

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience


• Experience level 3-5 years


• Experience with repairing user interfacing technology, inclusive of Apple devices, Chromebook, MS Windows, Google Suite of services


• An individual who is capable of independently completing tasks via a work order/ticket system


• Ability to provide technical training to users reducing complex information into user friendly next steps


• Ability to lift 35 pounds without assistance

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
