Job Description:

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Revenue, Management and Billing Administrator and Lead Architect . The position will primarily be responsible for performing administration of ORMB / ORMBA products from customer's requirements. The selected candidate be able to administer the product and troubleshoot the issues on the servers. Interact with customer to understand and analyze various issues. Derive automation opportunities and make recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or Chicago, IL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US


• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree


• 11+ years of Information Technology experience


• At least 2 ORMB implementations in production support/upgrade/enhancement


• Strong fundamentals on Oracle database including performance tuning and troubleshooting


• Should have experience of end-to-end installation of ORMB including prerequisites - DB, WLS, Hibernate JAVA etc.


• Strong understanding of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) system architecture and functionalities


• Must have experience of Production support with shift lead role


• Should have expertise on monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with operating systems like Windows or Linux (depending on the environment)


• Understanding of SLAs and ticketing tool


• Good communication and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams


• Experience managing team size of 8-10 would be a plus


• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
