Pay Rate: $23 - $28 per hour



Job Description:

Our client, a well-respected organization in Glendale, CA, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an onsite position offering $23-$28 per hour depending on experience.



Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support including scheduling, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.


• Assist with client inquiries in both English and Spanish.


• Maintain records, handle data entry, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.


• Support the team in day-to-day operations, including meeting coordination and office management.


• Collaborate with staff and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, OR


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a non-profit environment.


• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
