Job Description:

Seeking a driven, enthusiastic, administrative professional to join our team in Leominster, MA as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, have experience within an office environment and can assist the Executive Assistant with a variety of duties around our office.


SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


SALARY: $20 - $22/hourly


LOCATION: Leominster, MA (on-site)


WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Coordinator travel arrangements and process expense reports.

  • Enter and track purchase orders.

  • Order company supplies within a Manufacturing environment.

  • Document special project timekeeping for our Engineering teams.

  • Coordinate meetings and order catering for events.

  • Provide back up support for the front Receptionist, greeting clients, receiving, and directing inbound calls.



WHAT YOU'LL NEED:



  • Administrative experience.

  • Strong communication both verbal and written.

  • Welcoming attitude to clients.

  • Proficient with Microsoft suites.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
