Great Full Time administrative opportunity in Central Scottsdale starting ASAP!


A well established real estate management company is seeking a resale dislcoure associate to process real estate closings by transfering ownership.


An ideal candidate has worked in a high volume administrative role that requires superb attention to detail, and the ability to read closing docuements. A background in accounts recievable is helpful but not mandatory.


This schedule is in office M-F with a flexible schedule. Early birds can work at 6AM if desired or start at 8AM.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Reviewing community contracts to ensure accuracy of disclosure information. Disclosure information will be processed via our partner HomewiseDocs.com.


• Process real estate closings by transferring current ownership or creating new lots into our accounting database with clients at a variety of frequencies (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual), ensuring compliance with contract language by community


• Review accuracy of estoppel fees, ensuring compliance with contract language by community.


• Excellent customer service when assisting clients with questions via email & telephone

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Excellent customer service, positive attitude, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment


• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines


• Ability to work independently with limited supervision


• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships


• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing


• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information


• Basic MS Excel skills; intermediate skill level preferred


• Strong computer skills in Windows environment including Outlook
