Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for Customer Service Reps for an educational institute in Mesa, AZ. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering $17/hr to start. Candidates will need to be able to work between the hours of 6am-7pm (8-hr shift) and will be fully on-site. Apply today!




Responsibilities:

• Calling potential students to engage them with an Admissions officer to learn more about the enrollment process


• Transferring leads and setting on-campus appointments for future students


• Ability to overcome objections and ask clarifying questions


• Perform outbound phones calls/follow up calls


• Meet daily/weekly/monthly goals

Qualifications:

• Upbeat and high energy personality


• No outbound calls/sales experience required but a plus


• High School Diploma/GED


• Ability to work on-site
