Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist



Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Physical Therapist sought for 8 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, Monday-Friday. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.50/mile.



Minimum Requirements:

• MI PT license


• 1+ year Home Health PT experience required


• BLS
