YOUR ROLE


This role will be responsible for leading projects from the discovery to all the phases till in some cases being part of the hyper care stage.

Administering, maintaining and proposing continuous improvement of the various HRIS systems. Partner with other HRIS Team members to analyze processes, document and improve them. A strong internal customer focus and thinking outside the box to provide agile solutions.


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Work with BPOs to define new needs to identify small and medium projects within the HR organization
  • Maintain, and support the systems as needed.
  • Work closely with management and HRIS staff to develop new HRIS procedures
  • Maintain and create audit procedures for HRIS functions
  • Serve as liaison to other HR areas to understand requests for information and reports
  • Strong adherence to sensitivity and confidentiality in maintaining HR data.
  • Conduct system testing, work with end users for UAT and validating proper documentation for future reference.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, HR or related field experience
  • 7-9 years of HRIS.
  • Strong analytical experience with keen attention to detail
  • At least 2 years of experience in SuccessFactors environment,
  • Ability to make business recommendations based on Root Cause Analysis
  • Must have medium/ MS Excel level
  • Data collection, and reporting based upon HR needs
  • Analyze processes flows, improve processes and leverage HRIS systems improvement
  • Experience in large multinational organizations



Preferred:

  • Prior experience working in a matrix organization
  • Basic UKG Workforce Pro (timekeeping) will be a strong plus
  • Can handle ambiguity and as applicable self-direct and assist others on logical next steps
  • Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement methos a big plus


Skills:
