Job Overview:


Arm has an excellent opportunity for an SoC Lead in our System Integration team. You will work closely with IP, SoC Design, Test and Systems teams throughout the company, to guide development of product engineering capability across ATE and SLT within Arm. You will play a key role in preparing Arm and our partners for how to meet introduce new products in areas such as 2.5D/3DIC and sub-3nm nodes.


This role drives industry leading products from product definition through the end of product lifecycle. The role requires hardworking engineering focus to lead cross-function teams!


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with line-of-business and architecture teams to define product requirements

  • Drive internal technical alignment across architecture, front-end design, physical design, packaging, software, silicon validation, test, product engineering, quality, and post-silicon operations

  • Be the technical point of contact on all matters related to the particular product(s) both internally and externally

  • Scrutinize the feature improvement requests and lead the engineering change order process

  • Collaborate with customer partners on enhancing their yield and characterization methodologies. This will leverage integrated sensor frameworks and yield mitigation strategies.

  • Ownership of First-Silicon bring-up, silicon debug triage, and characterization

  • Drive yield improvement through all stages of the IC manufacturing process.



Required Skills and Experience :


  • Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Computer Engineering, with a strong computer architecture, data analytics and product engineering background

  • Product engineering data analysis including a strong understanding of what impacts performance and yield within foundry, assembly, and test processes

  • Broad understanding of DFT/test concepts, such as test strategy, scan, MBIST, LBIST, non-structural test (PHY, IO, analog), ATE, SLT etc.

  • Fundamental understanding of relationship between foundry process and CPU/GPU/SoC performance

  • Shown experience in product engineering, including yield improvement, product definition of modern SoCs, understand SoC process sensitivities, and SI data management/analysis



"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :


  • Proficiency in IC data analysis tools such as Synopsys Silicon.da and Optimal+

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong initiative and open in engaging and learning new concepts and sharing with collaborators

  • Proven ability in product definition, architecture, design, system SW and silicon validation.

Salary Range


From : $246,925


To: $319,550
