Digital Content and Marketing Strategist


GENERAL SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES


This role is responsible for executing and optimizing digital content and product marketing initiatives for the website and Email/SMS marketing channels. The focus will be on driving collaboration across a portfolio of activation and licensed programs, ensuring the website is current, easy to navigate, and optimized for multiple audiences. Additionally, this role will lead the execution of the migration of all website content to a new content management system.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Program Marketing & Execution

• Implement comprehensive content marketing campaigns, including overseeing the website and email marketing calendars, developing marketing briefs, conducting QA, obtaining approvals, and performing post-deployment analysis.


• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, licensing, content, sales) to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

2. Website Management and Optimization

• Oversee UX for website content, including crafts, coloring pages, and splash pages, to drive a strong on-site experience, customer acquisition, and repeat visitors.


• Utilize A/B testing and analytics to optimize website performance, improve user experience, and increase conversion rates.


• Support site speed optimization and web accessibility compliance initiatives, adjusting the site as needed to maintain optimization goals while meeting business needs.


• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

3. Content Platform Content Migration Project Support

• Support the daily execution of the content migration project to ensure timely and within-scope task completion.


• Collaborate with project contributors to gather insights and implement recommendations.


• Work with the implementation partner to develop meeting agendas, share project updates, solicit feedback from team members, and ensure alignment of expectations and priorities with the project owner.
