Description: Our Client Is Currently Seeking A Facilities Maintenance Supervisor For Their Facility in South Jersey. Candidates Must Have A Strong Facilities Maintenance Background ( Manufacturing ).



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Maintain fleet/operating equipment, forklifts, batteries, lifts, jacks, etc. - as per Maintenance protocol


• Maintain, review and implement cost reduction strategies in the region, as they relate to efficiency operations of energy consumption and utilities in general


• Maintain necessary staffing in company facilities, to include participation in Job Description and duty assignments, interviewing, hiring, day-to-day interactions, coaching as necessary to include disciplinary activities up to and including termination if warranted


• Maintain oversight of daily workload for company Facilities Maintenance Technicians


• Maintain relationships with vendors and monitor their performance to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines.


• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings in facility operations and sanitation processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• AA Degree or GED
• 4+ years experience in supervision.


• 5+ years experience in a leadership role.
• Ability to walk around the warehouse to gather information (frequent walking).


• Must be able to stand and sit for 8 hours.


• Must not have a fear of heights - required to get on a lift for inventory audits.
