What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee the maintenance department, including staff management, training, and development


• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods such as RCM and TPM
  


• Conduct regular equipment inspections and arrange for repairs to ensure operational efficiency


• Manage maintenance budgets and control expenses


• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards


• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and overall productivity
  
  
  
  

What You Must Have

• High School diploma (Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred (Master's degree is a big plus))



• 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within the manufacturing industry


• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Manager


• 
  Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team of over 25 employees including multiple supervisors
  


• 
  Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical troubleshooting skills
  


• 
  RCM and TPM experience
  


• 
  Must have proven experience in breakdown reduction, training and capabilities build, equipment overhauls, etc.


• Lean/Six Sigma experience


• Computer proficiency and strong CMMS experience


• Experience with budget management and cost control
  
  


• Excellent communication and organizational skills
