What You Will Be Doing
Oversee the maintenance department, including staff management, training, and development
Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods such as RCM and TPM
Conduct regular equipment inspections and arrange for repairs to ensure operational efficiency
Manage maintenance budgets and control expenses
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and overall productivity
What You Must Have
High School diploma (Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred (Master's degree is a big plus))
10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance within the manufacturing industry
5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Manager
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team of over 25 employees including multiple supervisors
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical troubleshooting skills
RCM and TPM experience
Must have proven experience in breakdown reduction, training and capabilities build, equipment overhauls, etc.
Lean/Six Sigma experience
Computer proficiency and strong CMMS experience
Experience with budget management and cost control
Excellent communication and organizational skills
