Job Description:

Baer is looking for a Junior SAP Accounts Payable AP Resource for a 2+ month project located in Cleveland, OH.


Title: Junior SAP Accounts Payable AP Resource
Location: Onsite - Cleveland, OH
Duration: 2 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Assist the Accounts Payable department in processing payments efficiently and accurately within the SAP system.


• Enter payment information into the SAP system, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.


• Monitor and review transactions to ensure that all payments are processed correctly and on time.


• Identify and resolve any issues related to payment processing, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.


• Provide day-to-day support to the AP team, helping them manage their workload and reduce the backlog of payments.


• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and payment activities within the SAP system.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience working in an Accounts Payable role, preferably within an SAP environment.


• Basic understanding of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) modules and processes. Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred but not mandatory.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payment processing and data entry.
