Your Role:



The employee creates, analyzes, and revises production plans and provides appropriate manufacturing, packaging, and delivery dates as required. Works cross functionally to ensure client commitments are met. Analyzes and reports on actual customer demand, trends, and forecasts, and adjusts capacity plans accordingly. The incumbent will support special programs and projects as specified by the leadership team.

• Establish and communicate the production plan for bulk, fill, and packaging based on client needs and site capacity.
  
  


• Assist Client Project Managers in creating client key performance indicators, track, and report actual performance against plan.
  
  


• Plans, executes, and provides input into the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process
  
  


• Manage load leveling and bottleneck scheduling, utilizing available processes and tools for more accurate scheduling.
  
  


• Establish reporting to track labor and productivity performance statistics.
  
  


• Oversee capacity management during sales and operations planning, master scheduling, materials requirements planning, and production activity control.
  
  


• Ensures optimal integration and communication across all Exelead departments with regard to projects.
  
  


• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Scope:

• Responsible for maintaining an accurate planning schedule
  
  


• Responsible for understanding manufacturing constraints as inputs to the schedule
  
  


• Connector between functions to determine production schedule that best supports our clients and business strategy
  
  

Who You Are:




Minimum Qualifications:

• Strategic thinker, strong analytical skills, able to synthesize considerable and complex data


• Proficient in the use of an ERP system


• 10+ years' experience in scheduling position with extensive demonstrated success of implementing & operationalizing master schedules


• Solid, proven organizational, project management, and leadership skills


• Change Agent - skill with enabling change, strong influencing abilities particularly with client groups and frontline teams.


• Exceptional interpersonal/written communication skills; can effectively interact with all levels of management


• Strong PC skills (Excel, PP, Word, Access, SAP)


• Team player able to work well across business operations and develop strong business teams.


• Demonstrated ability to influence teams and programs regarding quality, productivity, and/or customer service


• Works autonomously when executing multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree


• CPIM & or CSCP (APICS) certification preferred


• Lean, Green Belt Six Sigma, or equivalent type certification
