About Us: Join our dynamic audit team as an Entry-Level Legal File Conversion Specialist! We're seeking motivated individuals to assist with a crucial client project, where your role will directly impact our efficiency and accuracy in handling legal documents.
Role Overview: In this entry-level position, you will be part of a team responsible for converting and managing legal files for our client. Your main tasks will include downloading specific documents, renaming them according to our format, and uploading them to our system. You'll also be involved in some document searching and following a detailed checklist to ensure accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Download documents as specified.
Rename and organize files following a set format.
Upload files to the Md7 system.
Assist with document searching as needed.
Collaborate with the audit team to review documents.
Upload reviewed documents back into the client's system adhering to specific requirements.

Quick Learner: Ability to rapidly understand and navigate our systems and processes.
Reliability and Communication: Strong commitment to timeliness and clear communication, even in the face of client-specific quirks.
Onsite Availability: Must be able to work onsite in San Diego for the duration of the project.
Additional Information:
Hours: Full-time, 8/9 AM to 5/6 PM (8-hour days plus lunch). No overtime.
Parking: Free onsite parking available.
Background Check: Required prior to start, with credential access setup before beginning.
