We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor
Vail Flagship store in Vail Village, CO
We are seeking a professional Sales Supervisor with luxury retail sales experience to join our premier Gorsuch Home and Gift Department. You will report to the Vail Village Leadership Team. This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic and engaging individual with an interest in style, quality, and the proven ability to provide exemplary customer service to be part of our team. General Duties and Responsibilities: • Engage and connect with our customers by providing the highest level of service to enhance the shopping experience. • Work with team to maintain a customer ready department and store, which includes merchandise display, restocking, straightening, and light cleaning. • Adhere to store safety policies and procedures. • Assist with store opening and closing procedures. • Will report to the Vail Village Store Leadership Team and assists with daily duties in regard to the store, merchandise, and staff. • Engages in sales, reconciling inventory, reconciling cash with till report, supporting sales associates, and performs work of all positions in store, as needed. • Take responsibility for department operations, by finding solutions and solving challenges timely. • Confer with company leadership, merchandising and operations, to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
Qualifications and Competencies: • Previous experience in luxury retail sales, customer service, or other related fields. • Experience in Interior Design and passion for home design and gifts a plus. • Skilled communication in English (Spanish a plus). • Must be able to multitask and work in a busy environment. • Ability to maintain professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers. • Comfortable working with POS and other inventory systems. • High School Diploma or G.E.D. • Self-starter with a positive attitude who can work with many different teams and people.
Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $28 - $32 hourly. The rate of pay is the range we reasonably expect to pay for this position and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
