About the Position: In this leadership role, you will guide a committed care team, ensuring residents receive the highest level of service and care. Your responsibilities will include managing operations, scheduling, and driving the overall success of the community. A key part of this role is working closely with the Health and Wellness Director, who must hold an Ohio nursing license.
