Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation: - Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing automation tools, with a strong focus on Marketo. - Collaborate with stakeholders to build and deploy campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting: - Partner with clients to ensure their Marketing Technology infrastructure is built to support their analytics needs. - Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
Database Management: - Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Recommend and execute segmentation strategies to optimize targeted marketing initiatives.
Client Engagement: - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions within their MarTech stacks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects.
Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or a related field.- Proficiency in Marketo is required, certification a plus.- Experience with Salesforce.- Experience in other marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot a plus.- Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data to drive marketing decisions.- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Experience with database management and segmentation strategies.- Comfortable working collaboratively with clients.- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for marketing technology.
