As a PSR Specialist with Cuda Counseling LCSW, PLLC, you will be responsible for providing skill-building services to individuals and families in their homes. This will involve traveling to client's homes and working closely with them to address their specific needs. Training at ICAN is required as part of our IPA.
Your duties will include providing parent education training, psychosocial interventions, and completing assessments such as Risk Assessments. You will work as part of a team to develop treatment plans and safety plans for children and families and monitor progress.
You must maintain professional communication with referral sources, attend recommended sessions outside the organization, and assist families in accessing community resources. Flexibility in hours is required to meet program needs, and you must ensure timely completion of billing and progress notes.
