Job Description:

There are currently two open positions. One is in our Fort Mill, SC office and one is in our Cornelius, NC office. The hours range from 12-20 hours/week, with the majority of the hours being in the office. The typical hours required to work in the office are Mondays through Thursdays from 9am-3pm, although there may be periodic additional times and some evenings/weekends throughout the year.Job Responsibilities and Duties: Answering all inbound phone calls including answering live calls and handling all voicemails Manage inbound new lead emails/form fills and direct them to the appropriate staff member Greet members that come into the office and assist them with their needs Assist with heat pressing in the office Responsible for sales and inventory tracking of t-shirts when in the office Ad hoc reporting, at the request of the Director of Member Services Guide members in understanding PlayMetrics (registration system) navigation to assist with members' questions, escalating to Member Services when needed Assist with food ordering and reservations for club events Responsible for general office duties Requirements: High attention to detail with a strength in time-management and organization skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn and master new software programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working on a team as well as independently High School Diploma Proven experience in customer service role Availability during core office hours 2 days/week from 9am - 3pm Available to work periodic nights and evenings, preferred Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus, although not a requirement Flexible and open to change Must have authorization to work in the U.S. Equal Employment at CISC Charlotte Independence Soccer Club is an equal opportunity employer.
