Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, preferably in a non-profit setting. Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing budgets, and implementing strategic initiatives.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills; ability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving shared goals.
