Please note: weekends are required. Candidates will not be considered that cannot work both Saturday and Sunday, although one Saturday per month will be given off.
Primary Responsibilities: At all times verify that guests are greeted properly, always attended too in a friendly manner and served within the appropriate time, based on Clean Juice business. Answer questions about the menu including ingredients, preparation and suggest accompanying items to guests. The Store Leader will assist in taking and preparing guest orders. Leading team members to success in properly following recipes, cutting back on waste, and following safety and sanitation standards set forth by Clean Juice Corporate and county health department. Create a working environment with positive actions modeling all Clean Juice standards for the entire team on a daily basis. Ensures guest satisfaction through interaction with guests as measured through NPS (greater than 80) and Review Averages (above 4.5). Observe guest experiences to respond to any additional needs. Oversee all check-in, labeling (invoice & date) and storage of all deliveries to ensure Clean Juice is operating properly. Ensure the team is checking dates daily, nothing is expired and the FIFO method is being used in all refrigerators and freezers. May be called on to facilitate new employee training as directed by GM utilizing Clean Juice Training Guides. Keep current and complete all required assigned Schoox training. Keep a current sanitation & safety certification on file, as required by local and state law. Ensures a safe and clean working environment free of debris and boxes to reduce the risk of injury and accidents and all reach in refrigerators and freezers stay clean and organized. Verifies/Inspects that all Shift Lead, Juicerista and Cold Press tasks are finished by prompting the team to complete required Check Yo Self List and batch records daily. Holds the team accountable to existing Clean Juice standards, reporting any employee who fails to meet these policies and procedures to GM. At all times, attitude & appearance are to reflect a positive and professional manner for the betterment of the restaurant. Follow accounting procedures. Log/scan all invoices and receipts then store them in the proper folder daily. Ensure temp logs, daily stock guide and all other daily tasks are completed by team.
Accountabilities: Responsible for weekly and monthly on-hand inventories. Work with GM to help receive 90% or greater on Health Department Inspections and 90% or greater on quarterly Mystery Shops. Maintain Organic Compliance: from approved vendors, only Clean Juice approved products, completing the paper trail with Receiving Logs, filing Invoices, Transparency Board, and Batch Records Cold Press) Able to perform all position responsibilities and performance objectives in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Influence on Costs and Sales Educate guests on the benefits of Cleanses Proper inspections of local food purveyors, use of correct products, to minimize potential food waste and optimize food cost. Active and engaged in every shift.
Job Qualifications: Must be dressed neatly and well-groomed in company approved attire/uniform at ALL times. Must be able to fully understand, update and operate P.O.S. computer system, make changes correctly, and inspect/verify all credit card transactions accurately. Knowledge of Inventory functions. Must be able to calmly respond to angry guests and know how to defuse any situation. Able to communicate clearly and respond promptly to the needs of both guests and employees Ability to maintain calm demeanor in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment. Must possess a State approved Sanitation & Safety certification. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
