Job Description:

This position is in support of providing scheduling documentation mission support and financial planning budget and execution support to include Program Objective Memorandum development at Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) Barking Sands on the island of Kauai HI. The individual will participate in program meetings to understand support requirements compare requirements to PMRF capabilities recommend improvements to the mission and support plans prepare progress reports analyze range resource scheduling requirements record meetings and provide minutes as well as prepare and update action item lists. The selected individual will apply analytical and technical disciplines to research analyze and document program requirements and develop comprehensive strategic plans to include the concept of operations range integration lifecycle and logistics support communication architecture development and project planning to support the path to mission test. The individual will draft and deliver for Government approval documentation for PMRF and other ranges to effectively communicate with programs to address mission and support requirements. The individual will develop program presentations briefings Test Plans Countdowns Technical Reports Program Support Plans and Operations Directives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance level Secret
• Bachelor's degree in finance business administration accounting economics
• 2-3 years of office experience
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
• A high degree of attention to detail
• Data entry experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active U.S. Security Clearance level Secret
• Range experience elsewhere or at PMRF a plus
• Business Information System Experience

Security Clearance:

Applicants must have an active security clearance and/or the ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance as specified in the minimum qualifications. Selected candidates will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a DoD government-granted security clearance. Individuals will be subject to a background investigation to include but not limited to criminal history employment and education verification drug testing and creditworthiness.
