We are seeking a dedicated and organized Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of a senior apartment complex in Sebring. The ideal candidate must possess strong office and computer skills and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for managing tenant relations, handling administrative duties, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the property. This role requires someone with the ability to work effectively with seniors, provide exceptional customer service, and oversee other staff members and contractors. You will coordinate maintenance requests, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and foster a safe, welcoming environment for residents. Prior experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not required.
