This experienced title agency role comes with high levels of responsibility and includes the opportunity to grow personally and professionally.  In this role, there is a variety of responsibilities from training and developing staff; developing title agency policies and procedures; reviewing sales contracts and lender title orders; performing title searches and examinations; preparing, reviewing and analyzing title commitments, policies, transfer deeds and related documents; problem solving with various departments to resolve issues; completing settlement statements; coordinate closing of escrow accounts; coordinate closings; to serving as a member of various cross-functional workgroups.   The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $91,000, however, salary is commensurate with experience.  This position is located in Jefferson City, Missouri.  A bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field, and at least five years of land title industry or title agency management experience, and a Missouri Title Agent License (or ability to obtain a Missouri license within 3 months of hire) is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential function of the job.
