Job Description:

Merchants Bank, Hastings, has an opening for a Universal Banker. 

Duties include serving customers by processing various banking and financial transactions, account inquiries, and opening new deposit account relationships.  You will provide exceptional customer service and proactively offer a range of banking products and services to meet the financial needs of our customers.

Must have strong communication skills, comfortable with extensive customer contact, have sales experience, and a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize.  Cash handling experience required and banking experience is a plus.

This position will work at the Hastings branch, however will provide occasional back-up at the Cottage Grove branch. Hours will vary between 7:45am-5:15pm Monday – Friday with a Saturday morning rotation from 8:45am-12:15pm.
