Job Description
Review applicants for available positions within the credit union, evaluating the applicant's background, experience, skills, and qualifications. Depending on position administers and evaluates various job-related tests. Verifies prior employment and/or education and checks references as appropriate. Refers qualified candidates to hiring manager and counsel's manager on selection of candidate. Coordinates and monitors results from drug screens, background checks, and credit reporting.
Essential Functions
Recruiting / Candidate Referral: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates for open positions. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring availability and alignment of schedules. Communicate interview details to candidates, including date, time, location, and any necessary preparation. Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and interview schedules. Refers qualified candidates to Sr. Talent Acquisition Partners for in-person interviews. Initiate human resource actions in the HRIS system as needed.
Ent Career Pathing Assistance: Assists current employees with questions about career pathing / opportunities at Ent. Answers questions on available positions required qualifications, and eligibility. Helps with resume writing, and best practices to prepare for an interview, offers mock interviews, and answers other general recruitment questions.
Administer Job Posting Program: Assists with maintaining the recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up to date and meets the Equal Pay Act requirements. Assists with posting and sourcing efforts on online recruitment platforms and websites. Actively participate in outreach initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Ensures the most recent version of the job description is being posted following Ent hiring authorization / requisition procedures.
Candidate Outreach: Actively participates in outreach efforts to attract applicants that meet the company's needs for a diversified workforce. Attends virtual and in-person career fairs.
Special projects: Ad hoc projects related to the development of new or existing programs and/or processes within the department as needed.
Job Postings: ? Manage and update candidate records and job postings within the recruiting system. ? Communicate recruiting status to candidates through phone calls, texting and emails. ? Maintain the applicant tracking system by posting, monitoring, and closing job requisitions while updating candidate statuses throughout the selection process. ? Review requisitions and related documents to ensure compliance with EEO regulations and company policies.
Candidate Outreach: ? Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with flexibility to work evenings, as required for career fairs and networking events. ? Participate in special projects focused on developing and enhancing department programs and processes as needed.
Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications
Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position
Associate's Degree Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or equivalent.
2+ years' of Human Resource experience to include increased responsibility in the areas of recruiting and hiring.
Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.
Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
Excellent ability to actively listen, evaluate, and match communication styles with a wide variety of individuals.
Strong organizational ability, interpersonal skills, discretion, judgment, initiative, and flexibility.
Comfortable speaking to all levels of management about a wide variety of issues.
Strong ability to analyze problems and take effective action or make appropriate recommendations.
Must be able to provide well-thought recommendations & analysis to management regarding candidates for hire.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential assignments and information with tact and diplomacy.
Ability to represent the organization with professionalism and knowledge at job fairs and community outreach events.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle for the purpose of going to career fairs or in the pursuit of other job-related duties.
Basic experience using web-based recruiting technologies and Human Resource Information Systems.
(preferred) Strong knowledge of the Equal Pay Act, Fair Labor Standards Act / Americans with Disabilities Act, and similar Human Resource laws as they relate to recruiting practices.
Certifications Required:
Driver's license with acceptable driving record required

Additional Information
The pay range for this position is: $22 to $28 per Hour (S13)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
